Referral process
Brighton & Hove Albion Foundation support children, young people and families to get active, learn new skills and improve their wellbeing. You can make a referral to our services using the secure online form below.
Referrals can be made by schools, health and social care professionals, police, statutory agencies, community and voluntary organisations and carers. You can also self-refer yourself.
Services offered
We aim to offer the following services to our participants:
- Mentoring young people (ages 10-18)
One-to-one mentoring for young people at risk of offending, struggling at school or who have already committed an offence. - Skills, training and employability (ages 16+)
Gain qualifications, practical skills, and bespoke personal development. - Adult physical activity and wellbeing (ages 18+)
One-to-one and group sessions supporting healthy lifestyles and mental wellbeing. - Community football sessions (ages 8-18)
Free weekly football sessions to engage those hardest-to-reach youngsters and achieve positive change.
